the end of a patchwork season is always bittersweet. sad to not be bursting with diy goodness but happy to have put a large chunk of work in the rearview mirror. 2012 has been a blur of planning & producing events between craftcation in march and three patchwork shows in may and june. sunday was the last of our spring patchworks. the building in culver city was perfect with high ceilings, wooden beams and a cement floor. the summer heat crept in and i longed for a dip in a pool by the end. the vendors were awesome. we’re so lucky to have such fabulously talented makers come out for our shows. our staff led by and including lana-our volunteer coordinator was on it all day! the artisan food vendors and food trucks coordinated by michaele were unique and delicious. culver city is our newest location, we’re still finding our niche with this location. the crowds were good but i know we can get even more people out for this event. delilah and i are looking forward to making our holiday show in culver city rock as hard as our santa ana show. we had a great meeting at the culver hotel to plan our strategies for our holiday shows and our next craftcation in march 2013-can’t wait. here are some photos from the culver city show.

Hello. I design one of a kind jewelry influenced by myth and legend with tribal and Asian influences. I’ve exhibited for 12 years and do many Harvest Festivals and CCM events. I design with metal , gemstones, leather, paper, fiber and more. I’m looking for more places to exhibit and heard about your events. Are you accepting applications for jewelry? If so, where would I apply? Thank you.
