what to get:
tons of streamers
painters tape
what to do:
-measure out the length from floor to ceiling and rip the streamers to that size
-set up two chairs about 3 feet apart from each other and roll out a length of painters tape between them
-stick the top of the streamers that you ripped to size in a row along the painters tape leaving a little space at the top of the tape so you can attach it to ceiling
-attach the tape to the ceiling and repeat steps until you have covered the length of the room
