coco levine cupcake queen, the new book by audrey davidow with illustrations by leslie dallion (pie for blackbirds) is part children’s book, park cookbook and part DIY craft book. the retro modern illustrations of coco’s advenures are so whimsical…cupcakes growing on trees, cupcake houses and cupcake hats. i love that this book mixes a story with things to do like baking and crafting. i don’t have kids yet, but i’m seriously considering buying this book just for the inspirational illustrations and maybe to hold onto…just in case.
